Al Wadi 'The Valley' is a restaurant that serves Yemeni dishes and it is based in San Francisco. In 2009, we opened our doors at a very small storefront with a very big idea. It was a success from the start but quickly became something even bigger.
Cooking traditional food is a very special art and for our Yemeni dishes, we use very special spices, some that cannot be found outside Yemen.
Yemen is one of the top countries in coffee production and has one of the best coffees in the world. We think it's the best, judge for yourself.
